Synapse ITS is the leading traffic and pedestrian safety platform for intelligent transportation systems (“ITS”) in North America with a portfolio of products including Accessible Pedestrian Signals (“APS”) systems, intersection traffic safety products and “away from intersection” pedestrian and traffic safety technology. The Company has a track record of innovation, harnessing a broad suite of intellectual property while developing new applications like touchless push buttons, Advanced Traffic Controller (ATC) related products, device connectivity and solar LED technology. The Company sells to local municipalities through their broad network of distributors.
