John Lerosen

John LeRosen is a Partner involved in all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, diligence, and execution of new investments. He is currently a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2015, Mr. LeRosen was the Chief Financial Officer of Avalon Laboratories, a private equity-owned medical device manufacturer of specialty medical tubing. Prior to Avalon Laboratories, Mr. LeRosen held two separate roles at American Capital, most recently focused on investing in medical components and devices, specialty manufacturing, life sciences and industrial technology companies. Mr. LeRosen began his career at KPMG performing financial audits as a certified public accountant. Mr. LeRosen graduated summa cum laude from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.

John lives in Dallas with his wife, two daughters and golden doodle. They enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, playing pickle ball and cheering on his daughters’ sports teams.
