Steve Sandbo, Partner
Steve Sandbo is a Partner responsible for sourcing and executing transactions and working with portfolio management teams. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2012, Mr. Sandbo was in the Investment Banking Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, participating in the execution of a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings across various industries. Before joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mr. Sandbo worked in the leveraged finance and venture finance groups at ORIX Finance. Mr. Sandbo graduated from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he received his BBA in Finance.
Mr. Sandbo currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Plastic Design Corporation, Polara, Terra Insights, Applied Plastics and Wytech Industries.
