Steve Sandbo

Steve Sandbo is a Partner involved in all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, diligence, and execution of new investments. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2012, Mr. Sandbo was in the Investment Banking Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, participating in the execution of a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings across various industries.  Before joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mr. Sandbo worked in the leveraged finance and venture finance groups at ORIX Finance.  Mr. Sandbo graduated from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.

Outside of work, Steve spends most weekends chasing his three kids from one sports field to the next. When he gets the chance, he stays true to his Midwestern roots by cheering on Ohio State football and his alma mater, SMU.
