Nick Lindholm

Nick Lindholm is a Vice President primarily responsible for due diligence, portfolio company monitoring and exit opportunity analysis. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2021, Mr. Lindholm worked across both the Consumer Retail and Financial Sponsors groups within the Investment Banking division at Barclays in Los Angeles, participating in the execution of a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings. Prior to Barclays, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at JMP Securities, covering early-stage biotechnology and medical device firms. Mr. Lindholm holds an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Nick is actively involved in mentoring UCLA MBA students, enjoys working out and exploring new hiking trails throughout Los Angeles, and spends his spare time with his wife and son.
