Matt Shemirani

Matt Shemirani is a Vice President primarily responsible for due diligence, portfolio monitoring and exit opportunity analysis. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2018, Mr. Shemirani was in the Investment Banking Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, participating in the execution of a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings across various industries. Mr. Shemirani graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Matt spends his free time practicing hot yoga, catching waves at the beach, eating his way through Los Angeles, and keeping up with critically acclaimed television and movies.
