Prince Sterilization (“Prince”) is a leading provider of green sterilization services and Ready-To-Use (“RTU”) drug containment solutions to compounding pharmacy, pharmaceutical and medical device end markets. Their RTU components consist of glass vials, bottles, stoppers and seals. Their sterilization capabilities include moist-heat steam, dry heat, depyrogenation and vaporized hydrogen peroxide (“VHP”), all of which are eco-friendly. Prince was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Pine Brook, New Jersey. Vance Street acquired Prince in October 2024.
