Vaios Kouvelis

Vaios is a Vice President at Vance Street Capital, where he is responsible for evaluating, executing, and managing investments. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2026, Vaios served as Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at Rarebreed Veterinary Partners, where he led M&A strategy and execution, completing more than $100 million in acquisitions that fueled significant platform growth. Previously, he spent three years at Revelstoke Capital Partners, evaluating healthcare investments and leading diligence on platform and add-on acquisitions. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in Lincoln International’s Global Healthcare Group. Vaios earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.

Outside of work, Vaios is an avid sports fan – especially college football and hockey – and enjoys staying active through running, yoga, and open water swimming. He spends much of his free time with his fiancée, Sami, and their French bulldog, Astro, and orange cat, Leo. A dual U.S.-Canadian citizen, Vaios is looking forward to taking advantage of Southern California’s coastline and spending more time in the ocean.
