Peter Gagnon

Peter is an Associate at Vance Street Capital, where he supports transaction execution, due diligence, and portfolio initiatives. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2026, Peter was an Associate at The Patriot Group, where he evaluated and structured private credit investments across a range of industries while supporting investment banking and private equity transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked in Corporate Restructuring at SC&H, advising on bankruptcy engagements and financing arrangements, and began as an Analyst at Tower Partners, focusing on special situations, sell-side M&A, and Section 363 asset sales. Peter earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys golfing, hiking, reading, and managing his Premier League fantasy team. He also completed an Ironman 70.3 – a half-distance Ironman triathlon featuring a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride, and 13.1 mile run – all back to back.
