Natalie Yates

Natalie Yates is the Head of Business Development and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s origination activities, marketing and communications. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2021, she was a Vice President on the Sponsor Coverage team at BBVA Compass where she originated and executed leveraged loans to private equity-backed companies across industries. Ms. Yates previously worked in the Investment Banking Divisions of Lehman Brothers and J.P. Morgan. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Natalie is actively involved in creating mentorship and educational opportunities for women in middle market finance through initiatives with 100 Women in Finance and is a member of PEWIN. She volunteers as a leader with Young Life, enjoys photography, and spends her spare time skiing and mountain biking with her husband and two kids.
