Monica Cabrera

Monica is an Executive Assistant at Vance Street Capital, where she provides executive support to the firm’s Dallas leadership team while overseeing office operations. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2026, Monica served as Executive Assistant to the President & Managing Director and Office Manager at Stroud Companies, a privately held holding company with a diverse investment portfolio. With more than 30 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, she has developed expertise in executive administration, office management, facilities coordination, vendor management, and organizational operations across fast-paced business environments.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys photography, dancing, cooking, and bringing family and friends together for birthdays and holiday celebrations. A proud sports mom, she now devotes much of her free time to volunteering and supporting nonprofit organizations in her community.
