Merritt Williams is an Operating Partner at Vance Street, working closely with senior leadership teams across the firm’s portfolio to accelerate organic growth and strengthen commercial performance. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Westfall Technik, where he led global sales, marketing, and customer experience initiatives supporting a $300M+ customer portfolio and played a key role in integrating multiple acquisitions while building scalable commercial systems and processes. Earlier in his career, he spent more than 17 years with Freudenberg Medical (formerly Helix Medical and MedVenture Technology), where he held senior leadership roles driving business development and go-to-market strategies in minimally invasive medical device markets, including endoscopy, cardiology, neurology, and vascular technologies.
