Charlie Cohen

Charlie is an Associate at Vance Street Capital, where he supports transaction execution, due diligence, and portfolio initiatives. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2026, Charlie was an Investment Associate at Victory Park Capital (Janus Henderson), where he focused on opportunistic credit and structured equity investments. Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Private Capital Markets Group at William Blair & Co., supporting growth and structured equity transactions. Charlie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics, with a minor in Chemistry, from Vanderbilt University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys staying active through weightlifting, tennis, running, skiing, scuba diving, hiking, and travel.
