Casey Fenlon

Casey is a Vice President at Vance Street Capital, where she is responsible for evaluating, executing, and managing investments. Prior to joining Vance Street in 2026, Casey was a Vice President at Highview Capital, where she focused on buyout investments across infrastructure services, business services, and distribution. During her time there, she led add-on acquisitions, refinancing initiatives, and operational turnaround efforts for portfolio companies. Previously, she worked at HarbourVest Partners, evaluating and executing co-investment opportunities, and at American Securities, where she supported large-cap buyout transactions. Casey began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Credit Suisse. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in Value Investing from UCLA, where she graduated cum laude and was recognized on the Dean’s Honors List.

Outside of work, Casey enjoys trying new workout classes and experimenting in the kitchen. She also loves spending time with her family, whether visiting her parents in Orange County or meeting her younger brother for brunch in Newport Beach. A fun fact: Casey has a twin sister, Megan, who also works in investing. The two were roommates at UCLA, both began their careers at Credit Suisse, and are often mistaken for identical twins.
