Alex Teodosio

Alex Teodosio is the Managing Director of Strategic Human Resource Deployment at Vance Street where he leads HR initiatives and implements best practices across the firm’s portfolio operating companies. Prior to joining the firm, Alex led human capital strategies at multiple private equity sponsored companies. He offers extensive executive leadership experience spanning diverse industries including finance, education, healthcare, professional services, SaaS, and technology. In 2022, Alex and his team were honored with the Overall Excellence Team Award by Crain’s Cleveland Business.

Alex holds an MBA with a focus in Finance and Human Resources Management from Kent State University. He also earned both his MPA and undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University. An active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Alex maintains his Senior Certified Professional (SCP) designation in Human Resources. He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Additionally, Alex is a Predictive Index Certified Professional, a Certified Finance Professional, and has completed the Executive Leadership program at Case Western Reserve University.

Alex lives in Kent, Ohio, with his wife, Stephanie. They are the proud parents of two adult children, Nicholas and Joseph. Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, hiking in our national parks, working out, and volunteering in youth and community service projects.
