Spectra Names Marc Morin as CFO

Alpharetta, GA – March 24, 2021 – Spectra A&D Holdings (“Spectra”), a portfolio company of Vance Street Capital, and a diversified designer and manufacturer of highly engineered avionics and electronics solutions primarily for the aerospace and defense technology market, has announced the hire of Marc Morin as Chief Financial Officer.  With the recent formation of Spectra, Vance Street Capital is adding to the talented team already in place to continue to build the Spectra platform and pursue future acquisition opportunities.

Mr. Morin has over 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive in both public and private companies.  He has held various leadership roles focused on the manufacturing and technology sectors, most recently as the CFO of VERO Biotech, LLC, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on pulmonary and cardiac diseases.  Previous experience includes Brookhaven Medical, EndoChoice Holdings, Case-Mate and KPMG. Mr. Morin has significant experience building accounting, finance and FP&A functions in multi-site companies to support global growth.  Throughout his career, he has built critical infrastructure in high growth companies, implementing multiple ERP systems, integrating acquisitions, and instilling operational excellence and best practices throughout an organization.
