Jet Parts Engineering (“JPE”) is a leading designer of proprietary aftermarket replacement components, known as Parts Manufacturing Approval (“PMA”) and complementary proprietary component repair services, known as Designated Engineering Representative (“DER”) repairs. JPE’s PMA parts and DER repairs deliver significant cost savings to its commercial airline customers worldwide. JPE was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Seattle, Washington. Vance Street invested in JPE in July 2018.

In 2023, Vance Street Capital Extended Value 3, L.P. (EV 3) continuation fund acquired the Company.
