Seattle, WA – Jet Parts Engineering (JPE), a leader in the development of PMA parts, DER repairs and MRO services for commercial aircraft, announces the acquisition of Mitchell PMA, a carve out of the PMA division of Mitchell Aircraft. The integration of Mitchell PMA’s products and expertise will significantly enhance JPE’s ability to meet the evolving needs of its customers, providing a broader selection of high-quality parts at competitive prices. JPE is a portfolio company of Vance Street Capital.

Mitchell Aircraft, a well-established parts distribution company, began its PMA group in the mid-2010s, providing FAA-PMA approved airframe and accessory replacement parts and grew a diverse catalog of over 170 parts, ranging from rudder balance weights to engine cooling hoses, to cargo door lanyards.
