This is a welcome addition to our business portfolio as Chip Supply, Inc. is a “world renowned business” in the supply of “Semiconductor die & Specialized packaging solutions”.
The acquisition supports Micross’ strategy of continued growth that will enhance our electronic component products & services capabilities to our customers, broadening our reach around the world while continuing to improve efficiency.
Micross has some overlap in Chip Supply’s markets, & as a result there will be some integration to be undertaken, we will however ensure this doesn’t affect our commitment of excellent quality and delivery to each and every one of our valued customers.
Moreover we see, once the integration is complete, that we will have our team ready to supply an expanded offering of “electronic component products, services & capability” that will further delight our customers.
