The addition of AeroPulse will further C.P. Environmental’s ability to address unique bag house system challenges faced by customers
Romeoville, IL – August 21, 2015 – Micronics Filtration Holdings, Inc. (“Micronics”) announced today the acquisition of AeroPulse, Inc. (“AeroPulse”), a 35 year old designer and manufacturer of bag houses and related equipment for a variety of end markets. AeroPulse will become a part of Micronics’ dry filtration business unit, C.P. Environmental, a leader in dry filtration service, maintenance, replacement bags and parts. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“Our aftermarket customers often ask us to help them refurbish, retrofit, expand, replace or upgrade aspects of their existing bag house systems when they no longer can be repaired or maintained. Due to the small scale and on-site labor intensive nature of these projects, larger bag house OEM’s tend to refer these types of projects to smaller service providers. With the addition of AeroPulse expertise, we deepen our engineering bench strength enabling us to better provide a more comprehensive engineered solutions approach in addressing the unique bag house system challenges faced by many of our customers.
